Whether it’s as a teacher, mentor, facilitator, or coach, the role of Scrum Master is expected to wear a lot of hats to fit into many different situations. What we do on a day to day basis depends on who we’re talking to. Product Owner? Stakeholder? A different team’s lead? Individual contributor? Another Scrum Master? We have a lot of faces to put on to effectively interface with, coordinate with, and collaborate with any given part of the organization.
