We know what Scrum is. We know what Kanban is. What if we could take the best of both worlds and put them together. Would it work? The short answer is: It depends on how your team is structured, and what the overall goals are within your org. It certainly *can* work, but is it right for you? I’ve often been intrigued by the concept of Scrumban, and think it has some excellent advantages over traditional Scrum…sometimes.
